Hi all,
So I have a ref dim reporting the width of an opening between two components in an assembly. I have a bunch of subsequent components that need to be centered in the opening so I created a datum plane by offsetting from one of the sides of the opening. Lastly I created a relation that places the newly created datum plane in the center of the opening - <datum>d1=rd1/2. Works like a charm. I assemble all my subsequent components to the datum, BANG - they're centered in the opening. If the opening width changes, everything STILL stays centered. Kewl, hunh?
Now for the kicker:Now the ref dim stays visible at all times. Grrrrrrrr......
BIG UGLY YELLOW NUMBER in the middle of the screen.
Any way to turn it off?
Thanks,
Big Lew
