Referencing views to different sheets

I've created a detailed view and a section view on a different
sheet to the parent view through the menu command Edit

Move Item to sheet is the only way that I know of and as far as the parametric view notes, I'd like to know that one myself. I've tried everthing I could think of and could not get a parametric detail or view note. I'd also would like to know how to get rid of the scale that comes on the notes that are parametric.

The only way that I know of to get rid of the "scale", is to erase the entire note by selecting the note, right-click, then "erase". If you need the note, (ex:"DETAIL A"), create a new note without leaders and "relate" it to the view.

Yeah, thats the way I've been doing it for a long time now. You would think a company such as PTC who claim associative drawings would have fixed this little annoyance. But proe is full of annoyances so... what can you do.
