Repeat Region Relation

Hi all:

Is it possible to have a master BOM and with RPT_QTY listed and use it in the repeat region relation to overwrite the QTY parameter of each component?

For example:

let say I have component name A with has a parameter QTY. In the BOM the RPT_QTY shows 4 but the asm_mbr_qty only show 1. Can I use repeat region relation to overwrie the asm_mbr_qty?
