I have one question concerning replace funcion, I have copied curve from skeleton part nad based on this curve some feartures have been done. Is it possible to copied other curve from the same part and replace old curve to new curve keep all reference???
i just took a simple example as discribed below and i have attained what you wanted. i don't know how complex is your part/assembly and how many referance you took from that curve.
what i treid is as below.
i made a assembly and then a skel part.
in skel part i made a curve.
then in assembly i created a part and inserted this curve from skel as external copy geom.
and made a simple feature with referance to this curve.
now in skel i edited that curve. made a new curve and replaced all the referance from old curve to new curve (edit< replace< select new curve<then old curve)
then when i regenerated the assembly the feature shifted to new curve.
If you already have both curves in your skeleton, you can use the 'edit references' command. Right mouse button on your copy geom feature (in the assy, of course)and select 'edit references. Pro|E will highlight the references used to crate the copy geom, one by one. When the curve in question is highlighted, pick the new curve.
Your later features may then fail. Because you know what you replaced, select quick fix -> reroute when the first one fails. Then select 'missing refs'. Select the new curve from the copy geom and when prompted select 'all children'. This should correct all the failed features at once.
