Retriving component color in asm mode

Hi guys,<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />


I created a part say 1.prt and applied green color to it. Then I used 1.prt in an assembly. Then I changed the color of assembly (including 1.prt) into red color.


Here is a question for you... Now I want to show thecomponent color for 1.prt (green) in assembly. I just wondering there is no option available in Pro-E to get back component color in assembly mode. Is it the capability of Pro-E or I don't know the way to do it..?


Need some guru's suggestion...

Go to View > Color and Appearance > Select the Component and Clear.


This should clear color assignment of component at assembly level and the component should reflect the part color.
