revisions on drawings

Does anybody have or know of a utility for making revisions faster in a drawing. We show our revision level in our titleblock and we also show several old revisions on our drawing in a revision table. It is cumbersome to modify the rev level in the title block and add a line tothe table and then modify each field of the table.


I am looking for a utility or mapkey to increment the revision in the titleblock, add a row to the table and then have a graphical interface to fill in the description and autofill the date.

Not sure if I am tracking but, here goes. I have several different formats, one for original, one for rev1, etc. In these formats, all the titleblock info is controlled by parameters. All these parameters are populated by using modelcheck (one doesn't have to use modelcheck but it makes things go faster.)
