REX - reverse engineering training

I just looked at ptc university and there you can find a (web based) class for REX, ok, only in WF2 and WF3 , but it could be a good start... (or give Bart at Design engine a call, he might could help you)

Can anyone please tell me about the REX updates in Wf4 and 5 ?

I do two classes... One simply on REX and the other that takes the REX model and converts that static surface geometry to all parametric curves and surfaces.

Understand that managers don't always ask the question correctly. They state "scan this part and make it solid so we can do the analysis". What the manager meant to say was "go out for the scan to obtain the initial Pro/E model so we can get our initial analysis... then manage multiple modifications to the form with a new analysis between each modification."

Remember!
"It's not how fast you model something, its how fast you make 20 modifications that makes you the expert" bart tells each of his students
