Hammerpe, I had this same problem when I switched to WF5 and here is whatPTC tech support told me:
1. Open the "Apperance Gallery" drop down
2. Click on "Edit Model Appearances" (at the bottom of the Appearance Gallery drop down)
3. Click on the Eye Dropper/Pipette botton located in the upper right corner of the Model Appearance Editor dialog box
4. Select the surface on the model where the texture map is applied
5. The "Edit Placement" button for the Bump, Color Texture and/or Decal will now be active and you will be able to scale, rotate or position as you need
It seems like a very roundabout way of editing the placement, but it does work. Hope this helps!
