Hi Guys,


Not really sure what you are after here. The only thing that I thought of was that, when you create the round on all 6 edges, there tends to be a lump in the middle, is this what you are trying to get around ?

yes exactly!! i had a part with similar conditions played with dif rounds for awhile never satisfied with what i had the best look i had was using dif round sizes


i am hoping some one out there has a real cool trick for ugly situations like this

The ugly situation is Pro/E and it's round feature. I've never been satisfied with it.

I have used Autodesk Inventor in the past, and (at least Rev 8) the round tool was far more failure prone than Wildfire. It must just be a hard thing for the design programs to do. I don't know about the other programs out there though.

innie minnie minnie moe which round do I create first. That's the
biggest problem I have with the round feature is the end result is
different if the seaqents of reference selection if different.
