Rubber Membrane Modeling

Hi Guys,


I'm trying to model a rubber menbrane for a water pressure tank, I have a 2d AutoCad drawing, but I'm stuck when I try to model it in ProE using the VSS through graphs to control how the shape will be chage. I'm sure that I'm making something wrong

. Please get me a feedback.

hi,


me too facing the problem while trying to create such modells.


i think there is something about material properties we have to apply before doing analysis.


but still there are a few materials are available in pro-e wf3 which i am using.


is there any source from where we can get/dowload material library?


if anybody can help... please..

as regards the modeling problem, when using graphs, ensure that you have aunique "Y" value for every X value. I have not seen the model. I shall comeback if I have a solution.
