Same fam-tab Instance name in two different models.

I am getting this error (below pic.) everytime when I try to open a part with family table.

From the msg I could understand that another model also has a similar fam-tab instance name which I could have done by mistake. Now, how can I find out the other model. I made sure that there's no other model in the same working directory that has this instance name. I still am having this warning.
