Scaling Drawings.

I am new to Pro/E and I am trying to implement the download files
(springs, gears and screws) into my current CAD drawing. I find
tha some of them are real complex and screwing around with the
dimensions altered the part. Is there a way to scale the drawings
to "match" my current dimensional scale?

I think you want to scale the part not the drawing. You just go into part mode Edit/Scale Model.
