scratched ilink 3.4 cd

My intralink 3.4 windows F001 installation cdis scratched and I am looking for file PTC26.FZ in the folder PTCSH139 17MB.I amlicensed for 3.4 but not current on maintenance, so I dont think PTC will send me another copy.I purchased a cd recovery program and did not work.any help would be appreciated.

You have to understand that you are asking us to send proprietary information under copyright laws.


Have you tried with PTC at all?

Yes, I called PTCyesterday and got the standard reply of purchasing maintenance to get download access.Its sort of stupid if you think about it, they sent me the CD's years ago. I have a FlexLM license for it.One can obtain a new licenses for hardware replacement if needed but not the software to reinstall for recovery if lost or damaged.

You can get your CD polished to get rid of the scratch. My local video store has a machine that does it. I think they charge around $5 CDN much cheaper than maintenance for your problem.
