Is there a way to show edges as black in shaded mode?

This doesn't seem to do anything. I don't even see where it changes a highlight color. Am I entering the numbers correctly as 100 100 100

You have to set the part to one color (black) & the surfaces to another.

Black would be 0 0 0, however I dont think the highlight color is the same thing as the edge color.
