simple bend?

I personally find it easier to model the part in its bent form first, then try and unbend it, rather than the way you're doing which is do the flat and then bend it. It can be done that way, just not the way I'd do it.


Once you have the formed part, it is simple enough to flatten it.

I would agree - aSheet MetalExtruded Wall in the "As bent" condition would probably be the easiest.

I agree with other the way there have mentioned, but still you can do either ways. Its up to you to, since one is easy and other iswork around method. Still I did the modelling with your style, and attached the model for your perusal.


Note: dimensions not maintained, just a rough design.
