Simplified Reps Wildfire 5

In previous versions could we "suppress" features in an assembly? I want to make a weldment that shows it's fabrication state and machined state using simplified reps. Am I missing something?

Assembly simp reps only let you control the "rule" of
components (parts and sub assemblies), where "rule" can be
Exclude, Master Rep, Geom Rep, etc. This has always been
the behavior.

For parts, you could suppress features using part simp
reps, but they are not the same as assembly simp reps.
