Sketch Menu WF3

Dear All,

as you can understand my company just switched from WF2 to WF3, and there are a few features that I am already missing, for instance:

In WF2 I used to sketch athe profile of an extrusion and the referenced it from inside the extrusion cmd, WF3 does not seem to like that, or I am missing some sort of config?

Second when I defined the sketch planes in WF2 there was a very useful extra menu

You can select your sketch in the "Sketch" box from the "Placement" fly out menu

You can select additional refercences by selecting the "References" icon or from the drop down menu "Sketch > References"

Thank you very much for your help. I get there from the drop dpwn menu, but I tried to re-config my screen in order to show that ICON but I could not find it. any suggestions?
