Sketch points cannot be created ...

I am taking my first few steps in SolidWorks and run into problems.I'm trying to draw a part which hasthe form of a bicycle chain. I drew two circles, one big and one small and joined them with two tangent lines and then I trimmed off the parts of the circles on the inside, if you know what I mean. I extruded the part to 1,5 mm and then wanted to make two holes concentric with the original circles. I use the hole Wizard but when I try to position the a hole at the center I get the message "Sketch points cannot be created at the same location as an existing point". I've went back an forth for hours trying to find out how to do this and now I give in.

Use the hole wizard but when sketching the points you can either sketch
them away from the circle centerpoint and then drag them onto the
centerpoint and you'll see a coincident constraint appear or you can
set a concentric relation.

The other method is to have the sketch hidden and to place the points
on the center of the circular edge. To do this you select the point
icon and hover the mouse over the circular edge and you'll see a ceter
point display (+) that you can place your point on and get the relation.
