Sketcher changes diameter dimension

I'm currently working with ProE Wildfire 2.0. When I enter in a diameter dimension in sketcher, sketcher doubles it. For example, if I enter a diameter of 2.0 it changes it to 4.0. If I double click on the diameter to change it, it comes up with the 2.0. I would like for it not to change the dimension.

Double click the circle to achieve a diametrical dimension. One click gives you a radial dimension, thus doubling the dimension you really want.

The dimension that is shown is the diameter of the circle. I tried what you suggested, it still does the same thing.
