Small Radii not Allowed

Im having a problem adding small radii to a model I am working on.


Model is roughly 200mm long X 130mm Diameter. There are small radii on several edges which were added after the model was drafted to remove the sharp edges. I am now getting an error message when I try to add further small radii (R0.25).

Has anyone seen this before ? Any ideas how to get around it ?

Try to increase the accuracy of the model or switch to absolute accuracy

Changed the accuracy and I'm able to add the rounds now
