Snap ring configurations not found

I have an assembly into which two snap rings were 'inserted' from the Design Library.


After saving and then reopening the assembly, the following message comes up and the snap rings are no longer visible in the assembly although they do appear in the'tree' at the left.


"The following component configurations could not be found.


Basix External Retaining Ring _wti-1 : Truarc 5100-312 - S3.125


Basix External Retaining Ring _wti-1 : Truarc 5100-312 - S3.125


If the configuration was renamed the same configuration will be used, otherwise the last active configuration will be substituted in each instance."


Haven't a clue what this means. It happened before and I have to delete the items from the tree and reinsert them but they will disappear again if I save and reopen the file.

Actually I have now noticed that the snap ring is still in the graphics area of the drawing however it is shown as the smallest version of the snap ring i.e. not the size which I chose when I inserted it.
