Hi Everyone,
Below is an image of a soapdish that I modelled up a few years ago. It was one of the first parts I modelled using surfaces. There are a lot of dodgy areas on it, material being too thin at points as well as being inconsistent. It caused major headaches at the time but I managed to acheive near enough what I had been briefed to do.
I finally have some free time and I'd like to remodel the part properly. I also know that some of the surfaces don't blend together quite as they should but hey, it was my first real go at surfacing.
I'm looking some expert feedback from the forum members as to how I should do it and what mistakes I have made in the past. Feel free to constructively criticise my model and the techniques I have used. If anyone wants the model PM me.
Thanks
