Solid Elliptical Dish

I am new to Pro/E and am trying to create a solid from the attached file. I ca nget the elliptical dish shape but cannot figure out how to make it solidso I can get a volume.Any help would be greatly appretiated. I've gotten this far from other posts in this forum but have hit a wall.
