You can't select a Pro/e part when you do that in WF4. Also it aligns the Coordinate systems of theanand_m_s said:You can do Boolean addition and subtraction in Pro E also just like AutoCAD. If you are using WF 2, this can be done by selecting "Cut out from model" option which is given under Insert-->Shared Data menu. If you are using WF 4.0, under the same menu, select "from file" option and then select either protrusion or cut options. You can position the parts by using constraints similar to those of assembly.
