Solidify multiple surfaces

Hi all,

I am trying to solidify multiple filleted surfaces that are created in a single filleting operation. I have thousands of fillets I need to create and as the part is symmetrical about two planes, I have a possible way of saving a lot of time.

The example is I have a square cut. I can create a fillet on one edge using a surface and then I can go back and solidify. However if I create a fillet on all four edges, I cannot go back and solidify.

Thoughts?

I am not quite sure of your geometry. Why would you create
the fillets as surfaces and then solidify? Is the model
made of surfaces?
The solidify menu is limited to a single selection at one
time. This is due to the fact that the software can only
solidify a single closed volume in one feature.
 
I don't see how you got into s situation with thousands of fillets even if this is not literally so. If you have multiple surface fillets the there is a possibility that many of them overlap; the solution will depend on the sequence of solidifying.
 
Thanks. Imagine modeling the internal honeycomb of a catalytic converter, but having the honeycombs focused to a point a some distance away. All of the cuts converge to a single point, therefore they are all different. For discussion purposes, lets say you want to create a fillet on some features in a quadrant. You could create a fillet that has closed end surfaces. You can create many filleted surfaces in a single fillet command. However, you have to create individual fillets to solidify the surface. You could then mirror the solidified fillets, allowing the task to be completed in a 1/4th of the time.

Does this clarify things?
 
I'm presuming they don't actually all converge to a point. That they actually terminate short of that point.

The trick would be to generate all the features of the first aperture is such a way that it can be grouped and then pattern it. There would be a speed advantage if it was done in surfaces and then solidified last.

They do converge to a point. You can create a blend going from a shape to a point.

I can't upload the part. Are you confused as to what I am trying to accomplish?
