Standard Rates

Are there Standard Rates that one charges for ProE work? I'm thinking of doing some mechanical work (which would include Modeling & Drafting) on the side but not sure what to charge. I'm sure this varies depending on your experience and location, (I'm located in Northern CA) so all I'm looking for is some examples.
