start point, end point sketch error

2ms1

New member
I am trying to make a swept blend but cant move past making the sketch for first section b/c when I try to submit the first section (clicking "check" button) I receive the "For open sections, the start points must be end points" error message. But my sketch looks like a closed section to me. Anyone have this problem and learned what they were doing wrong?

Also, I would have liked to include a .jpg of my sketch in this post. Is there any way to export a sketch as a jpg?

To create a .jpg of anything on the screen, I position what I want to print to the middle of the screen. I then press [ctrl & print screen] at the same time. This places the screen onto the clip board. I then open "PAINT" and "paste" the image. Select the "rectangle" button, and create the rectangle to isolate only the image that you want. Select "CUT". Open a new paint file, do not save the first one, and paste the "new" image into this file. Select "SAVE AS" and give it a name. I then open Abobe Standard. Open the *.bmp" file you just created and "SAVE AS" a .jpg file. Now you can upload this file into your post as long as it does not exceed 50K.

Notice too, megaladon uses symmetry wherever possible. This will cut down on unnecessary (repeated) dimensions on your drawing files as well as any constraint will. Also, Intent Manager will apply constraints, but will be gray. If you apply the same constraint, they will turn white (default color scheme). Or click on the constaint, right click, select strong.

Also

Ctrl+PrintScreen => copies entire screen image to clipboard

Alt+PrintScreen => copies Active Window image to clipboard

Alt+PrintScreen is great for dialog boxes.

And, yes MS Paint will Save As .jpg image.

Oppps!!! I stand corrected!

Most versions of MS Paint issued with Windows 2000 will not save as .jpg. Kodak Imaging should automatically be installed with these operating systems and will save as .jpg though. Versions of MS Paint with Windows XP will save as .jpg.
