steering wheel - race version

anyone offer a critique of this steering wheel model. proportions etc. what can i do to improve the design. it's used as promo material only.

it may be the thumb portion is too large on my model? maybe the spoke could be larger as well.

Ya, those two center spokes get a bit thin in cross-section near the grip. Also, note the thumb print detent on this Sparco:

The thin connections between the wheel and the hub scares me a bit. I like the shape, maybe add some material down and back at the thin section so it doesn't show as much as straight down.

i changed it some more.... in my effort to convert the race version to one that can house the air bag.
