Structure modeling

Have you anybody skill how to model structure in SolidWorks, specifically the foam structure.

It is look like this :

In my opinion theoretically it is possible.
But manually it is near to nervous breakdown.
I want to know, if some algorithm exist.

Or if it possible to generate the structure elsewhere and then import it to SolidWorks.

It is because following analyse by CosmosWorks.

no... you don't model random detail such as that. I think Cosmos will handle that much like a weave for carbon fibre. As far as you model goes it would look like a 4" x 1" slab. I would check your suppler of the AL block example and ask them for the settings for cosmos.
