Hello,
Today I practice a example in a book. The book shows the UDF with Family Table function. I briefly prompt the problem as I confronted.
When I finished creating UDF and creating Family Table(including generic, there were 5 rows an 5 columns I created. There are features and dimensions instances.), then I created a new part for UDF testing. The problem was in the next step.
I brought in UDF to the new part.
Insert>User Defined Feature
The weird scenario happened. The Selection Instance didn't show up. I selected the working directory's file(UDF).I had been specious I made the wrong Table place in the original part but I tried again in the standalone part. It's still not showing up the Selection Instance window for me.
I use WF5. The UDF I use standalone, not subordinate function.
Selection Instance window as below~
Thanks~Wish somebody knows.
