Summer winter time

Hi You all,


Tommorrow we will go from summer to winter time. With our old intralink we had to be sure to check everything in, otherwise everything would get the state "Modified".


We have now Intralink version3.4 M020. I heard that with this version the summer/winter time is intergrated and all parts in you workspace don't get the state "Modified". Is this True? or could I better empty my workspaces?

I think it is good practice to whenever possible, check in all your modified files at the end of the day and delete any unused workspaces. I have done this religiously since working with Intralink and I have very few problems with it.


Another thing you want to do is keep your Local.ddb file to a small size. That also keeps the possiblility of Intralink trouble at a minimum. I try to run the compaction file at least once a month. Here is the PTC link for that procedure:
