Sweep Blend

I am sure that this is an easy question. What is the easiest way to create a sweep blend of a fitting with a 1/2" end anda 3/4" end?


Thank you in advance for your help!
 
Read about swept blends in the help (#Help > #Help Center > #Part Modeling > #Part > #Advanced Features > #Swept Blends > #About Swept Blends).

Then create your swept blend trajectory, and specify the cross-sections at the start and end points.
