table dimensions

Is there a way to create a pro/table and have it either show the dimesnions of it or to add them in later? We have a few labels that are basically tables on a sticker. The sizes need to be shown on a drawing, overall, column and row widths. I just opened a drawing where the last person basically created a part and hid it behind the table so they could create dimensions and then typed in the info using "@O" There are119 tables on this drawing andthe draftercreated a part with 120 instances. The regen time isn't bad yet, but I can see this getting out of hand really fast.

I don't think you can dimension the tables, since they are not draft entities but are more of objects and thus have internal parameters (such as width and height).
