Table locked

If I use table on the drawing I can't avoid editing or moving with a table. Do you know any simple procedure how lock table?

Well, you want to say that is not possible fix the table in stable position? Every time if somebody do drag&drop accidentally it's bad place table back, because in 2001 undo missed.

So one more thing - I'm wondering like I can move table in the specific position. I didn't find any tool for that What's your experiences with table positioning?
