Tangency Issue Splines to Const Lines

Hey Folks. I am using WF 4.0 and I am trying to sketch 2 symmetrical sides of a cross-section. I do not want to use mirror geometry because I have been told that when I go to make surfaces of each side it can cause issues at the tangency locations. Instead I am using the construction lines shown in the drawing to apply tangency constraints to the 2 splines. The first spline I drew (On Right) has no problem with the tangency constraints being applied to both the construction lines. However, when I draw the second spline I can get 1 side (One or the other) to accept the tangency constraint but the other gives me an invalid selection error. Can anyone help me? This is really annoying. I made other cross-sections for the longitudinal profiles using almost the same method (The tangency constraints were to a plane and not a construction line in that case) and had no trouble. please help! Thanks!

In the case I am showing, the tangency constraint can be applied to the top of the left and then the bottom gets and invalid selection. I select the spline first and then the horizontal construction line each time.
 
I have tried to draw the splines and I could give the tangency constraint for 4 of the spline ends.(I am working in WF 3)

You can try to give an angle to the last spline end (lower left in your shape) by selecting dimensioning tool and then clicking first to spline itself then endpoint than to the construction line. the angle should be 180 degree for a tangency. I hope it works.
 
I think I figured out how to do it Savas, that method would work too. What I ended up doing was making the last point I made a "hanging chad" with no constraints initially. Then I constrained it to be co-linear with the construction line but not at the point I desired. Then I made the tangency constraint of the spline to the construction line. Then, I made a co-incident constraint that conflicted with the first one by selecting the spline end-point and then the point I wanted it to be colinear to (The centerline and construction line intersection). This creates a warning that I over-constrained the section, but then I just delete the unwanted co-linear constraint and it works. Viola! Not the most easy way probably but it seems to work. Thanks!
