Text Orientation

How can i activate the text orientation in dimension
properties....???

this options are available for radius dimension/notes

thn how 2 change some dimensions are in horizontal and some
in vertical .........????

tools > options is where you make the changes stick once you are happy with what you want

The drawing option text_orientation might be what you are looking for. Changing the option to one of the parallel settings will display vertical dimensions parallel to the dimension arrows.
