Text Symbols

Hi everyone, im a student in England learning ProE as part of my degree.

Im looking for how to download (or make) text symbols, paticularly the english "earth" symbol we have on our plugs over here.

Also, i need to know how to import that file and others into the program. Any help would be much appreciated!
