thermal analysis

Hello All,


I am having problem with promechanica thermal analysis. i am design and doing analysis of the cooling channel of injection moulding mould.I can not select the internal surface ( internal cooling channels of mould ) to put boundary condition( temperature,convection condition for static and transient thermal analysis).


Could anyone help me how to select the internal cooling channels.
