Thickening

There is a gap where the 2 surfs running verticle meet the triangular surfaces. Fix those gaps, merge all surfs into 1 quilt and your thicken should work like you want.

You are right.I saw the gap but couldn't fix them.Please inform me about the way to fix them.

I typically tell surfacing students not to use thicken but to instead merge so you can solidify then shell the geometry. In this way your plastic parts will saw off at the parting line appropriately. I only use thicken to see if the surface merges will offset.
