Hi... Pleaseremember that you dont need ARX tool for great result after rendering. Try to create a good render room and use combination of colors.. As CP wrote earlier .. For great result you need to create many details on your model. If you already have many details on your model, than will be your rendering easier.
For example: This is model which have many details and believe me ... render was simple.
My opinion ? There is so many ways to create something like that but for example..> First feature was revolving around thecenterline mergedrectangular andcircular profile as basicprofile shape of arm which will be mirrored after revolving on some datum plane twice. Than you perhaps created those twisted arms which was created by planar sweep function throught some referenceplanarcurve. Next step was patterning those arms and WARPed. Very simple modelbut it is notimportant thing here.I can not talking about your rendering'cause it is basic render. For good resultsafter the rendering and for effectivity of workflowyou have to spend manyhours by study of this great and powerfulPro/PHOTORENDERmodule...and take a look at great topic about rendering which was started by C.Piotrowski..Irecommend itto you.. Keep 'goin...
Thats a cool model Raedbenz, what exactly are you looking for in a critique? You should also post any of your modeling works in the rendering Q&A, everyone seems to view that thread so you will likely get alot of responses.
