Tolerance Changes

I created some models and they have a default tolerance of .1, .01, and .001. I would like to change the tolerances to .1, .03, and .005. I figured that if I went to my config.pro file and set the lin_tol to those respective numbers that it would update my model and thus drawing format. This approach is not working out for me. Can someone please provide some guidance to this or will I have to remake all my models?

Don't ask me why, but it is very difficult to change these in part or assembly mode but easy to do in drawing. Open the drawing of each part and you can double click on the tolerances on the screen and change them.

In WF3 while in the model you can change the default tolerances on the screen by first changeing the selection filter to annotation, then the tol value.
