trajpar ? How to in Solidworks?

In Pro/ENGINEER I might decide to vary a 'RO' value using a graph feature. Draw the graph and the graph can drive values inside a sketch on a Variable Section Sweep.

Can you do something similar in Solidworks yet? On another discussion board I am discussing Reynolds Numbers and Aerodynamic forms and I did not think Soldworks can do that just yet..... I wanted to be sure.

A solution could be driving the variable with an equation. I am assuming that you are able to generate the graph in Pro/E using an equation of sorts - so instead of 'graphing', save a step and use an equation.

Now, understandably, some graphs (like psychometric charts for refrigeration) are not driven by simple equations and could be difficult using the equation editor in SolidWorks, but then an alternate possibility is to use an Excel Design Table to drive the values you want (and have multiple configurations to boot!). Excel is a little more user friendly for complex equations and intgrates well with SolidWorks.

Good Luck!
