When i verify a family table, pro e create a .tst file in my directroy. If i delete the tst file will it unverify my instances. The reason I ask is because I don't have pro e where I am at currently, and was hoping some had ran accross this before.

Does anyone know of a config.pro option to where i can set the location of the tst files? (I don't like looking a the tst, als.ref, crc, files, but I'm afraid if i delete my tst files my instances will not be veryified.

1. ".tst" file will go to your working directory. (File > Set Working Directory).
I'm not aware of config option to change this.

2. Deleting .tst file will not change the verify status of instances.
(What version of ProE are you using?)

Thank for responding Charles,

Reinhard,

Thanks for the suggestion, but a spekan purge is for window xp. Our company hasn't made a network jump to xp from 2000 pro.

Create a purge.bat file that has lines to delete all of the PTC junk files. Then run it once a week. I have some that I run on all of our workstations at night. I delete old .tst, .lst, .m_p files as well as trail.txt.* and *.tmp files from the temp folder.
