Unfreeze Table

Could someone please tell me how to unfreeze a table the tells me that it cannot be modified because it is frozen.

For some reason your table lost its model reference. Click Table>Repeat Region>Model/Rep> Select the table region> (Select the model that the table is suppose to read).
