unhidden parts return to hidden

I hid a few components to make assembling others easier to see. After I was done I unhid them and saved the assembly. If I close it and reopen it, they are hidden again. I know in layers you have to "save status" but what would cause them to keep hiding? None of the parts are in the family table so it isn't that.

Becasue after hiding you saved the status of layers, and after unhiding u didnot save the status of layes again.


Just Reset the status, Hide/Unhide components as U want and then save layer status.


Saving Models or assemblies donot save the layer status

I didn't hide by layers, I chose the parts in the model tree and hid them, then unhid them after I was done. I can't save status in the model tree, only in layers.
