I have intention to use Pro/Toolkit inPro/Eng Wildfire 2.0 but till now i have no ideas how to start using it. Anyone can help me how to get started with this and how to check whether Pro/toolkit is available in my Pro Eng.

Pro/Toolkit is not automatically installed with Pro/ENGINEER, so you have to run setup again and check the option for installing it and you will need a licence which is not cheap.
For starting with Pro/Toolkit read the Pro/Toolkit User's Guide, which is installed together with Pro/Toolkit in protoolkit/protkdoc directory.
