wat happens to my username and pswd !!!

i know this is not the apt place to raise this topic ... but this is one of the busiest folder in this forum... so it can have more visibility... hmmm.. now my problem is

actually am using mcad central for past 6 months.. but suddenly last week my username and pswd is not matching and i cant login ...

so i create a new profile with the same username and pswd..... it created..??

then wat happens to my previous one??... wats going on...
