Wave Spring

What is the best approach to model a nested wave spring? I use a special wave spring which is 1.38 OD x 0.28 wide x 0.017 "coil" thickness. This spring is nested (opposite of crest to crest) and is 2 turns with a total free height of 0.18 inch.


We buy this item as a special from Smalley, but their CAD server sent me a basic routine, not a Pro/E model.


Basically, I need to create a helical sweep spring, with 3 undulations per revolution. I tried combining helical sweep with trajpar relations but it didn't work.


Any advice? Thanks in advance!

u can find this from the files section and then make modificcations to get your dimensioning
