WD3 Section Arrows

I added a Section View, Then tried to add the arrows, but keep getting the message " the sections is not perpendicular in this view". I get the title Sect. A-A, but no arrows in the main view. But when I insert a new general view, Sect. B-B, arrows do show up in the main view.

I guess it's exactely what it says, your section is not perpendicular to the main view. You should change the orientation of your main view.

Thank you vlad1979. I had inserted a front view and than projected a section side view.


The side view section arrows would only work when the section was taked from a top view. Why wouldn't the arrows appear in my front view when the section comes out correct and I can only get arrows from the top view? And the arrows would appearin the front view when the section was added as a general view?

If you make the sections as projections then PRO-E is leting you select from the list in properties only the sections that can be shown for that projection. As you see, I can't show the A-A section in the side view.
