WF5 Table/Excel File

Is there a way to copy an excel file into a table? I tried saving the Excel file as a .csv file but I could not find it while in WF5 table.

Try saving the excel file as a text (tab delimited)*.txt

then rename it to *.tab

You can copy the excel file as an Excel file into Proe. You
can insert it as an Object.
